With the baby boomers aging out of the workforce by the end of the decade, says Property Casualty 360o, there will be a “serious deficit in experienced and qualified individuals” to fill their places in the insurance industry. In fact, the industry is looking at a deficit of 400,000 by 2020. Industry experts gathered recently at a conference to discuss the issue.
