On Monday April 30th 2018, Coleman Search Group, Inc. participated in a ‘Tee Off for Technology’ golf event. Mill Springs Academy is one of the only, fully integrated laptop schools in the state of Georgia. The use of computer technology is integrated throughout the curriculum at Mill Springs as their students utilize computers and various computer programs as vital tools to assist them in learning both complex and basic concepts without being held back by their individual learning disabilities. Because these computer programs and the proper technology infrastructure to support them is very costly, the school established the “Tee-off for Technology” golf tournament in 1998 to help offset some of the costs associated with the program. All the proceeds from the tournament benefit our “Technology for Learning” program.
“When it comes to making a difference in the lives of others and giving back to the community you’ll find us participating” stated CSG, Inc. President, Darryl Coleman. Coleman went on to say “it’s one of the events that I look forward to each year. CSG has supported the ‘Tee Off for Technology’ event for years and each time I do it reminds me of our commitment to the community and the legacy we are attempting to leave.”
