Jordan brings more than 15 years of executive leadership experience building high-performing organizations, developing future leaders, and driving sustained business growth. Throughout his career, he has led large commercial organizations, built scalable sales and leadership programs, and guided teams through periods of significant growth while serving in executive leadership roles with Docusign, Paychex, Aramark, and as the owner of a successful healthcare business.
His addition accelerates Coleman Search Group’s continued evolution from a nationally recognized executive search firm into a strategic talent partner for insurance organizations navigating leadership transition, succession planning, and long-term growth.
