Before joining Coleman Search Group, Jordan spent more than 15 years growing high-performing organizations and developing leaders inside some of the country's most recognized companies. His career includes executive leadership roles with Docusign, Paychex, and Aramark, along with owning and operating a successful healthcare business. Throughout his career, he built scalable organizations, led large teams, managed significant business operations, and developed more than 20 professionals into leadership positions.

That experience shapes how Jordan approaches executive search today. Rather than simply filling an opening, he works with client leaders to understand an organization's business objectives, challenges, and long-term vision before recommending talent. Having spent years leading organizations himself, he understands the gravity of executive hiring decisions and the lasting impact the right leader can have on a company's culture and performance.
